The past few weeks have been really hard. The murder of George Floyd, and so many others of the black community, is such an incredible tragedy. I find the words that I keep trying to write cannot fully express my outrage, sadness and frustration about these murders and the systemic racism that continues to pervade our country.
But I am here standing beside you. I am here to support, listen and take action to contribute to real change in a society where I have long been the privileged one.
We have a lot of work to do. And we must do this work together.
I hope that Dinner & Dialogue can be another space where we can come together to eat, to talk and to, most importantly, listen.
The next Virtual Gathering will be on Thursday, June 25th. The theme and details will be sent out later this week.
